At Backroad.store, we are committed to getting your adventure gear — from LARP armor to 4x4 essentials — to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and terms.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships, including tracking information when available.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship primarily within the United States via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates are as follows (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (additional cost)
- Express/Overnight: Available on select orders (additional cost)
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs (for international orders) may affect arrival.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free Shipping may be available on qualifying orders over a certain amount (promotions will be clearly advertised on the Site).
- Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or special-handling items (e.g., large LARP armor pieces).
4. Shipping Address
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for:
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Any delays caused by customs processing
International delivery times are typically 10–30 business days, depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the carrier’s website or through your Backroad.store account.
7. Shipping Issues
- Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Incorrect Address: Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address and needs to be re-shipped.
8. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.
9. Changes or Cancellations
You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as processing may have already begun.
